Our latest innovation uses advanced search algorithms that deliver more accurate results based on phrases and context that mirror human speech.
AI-powered “direct answers” in search results
AI-powered Direct Answers takes our search experience a step further. Soon, users won’t need to sift through content documents to find the answers they are looking for. Our new AI-powered direct answer feature is designed to provide users with precise, step-by-step instructions right in the search results. Here’s a glimpse of what users can expect:
- Tailored Guidance: Enter a question in the search bar, and our advanced AI technology will deliver a summarized answer, giving users the exact steps to follow.
- Time-saving Efficiency: No more sifting through pages of results – users get the right answer, right away, boosting their productivity
- Comprehensive Resources: Each answer includes a link to the source of the answer, allowing users to explore and learn more in-depth.
Direct Answer search will also surface related content and related searches, helping the user refine their search and find content that helps answer their question. Additionally, Direct Answer search includes a feedback prompt. This user feedback is used to continually tune and refine the Direct Answer feature and improve search results.

- Monitoring for Abuse: uPerform’s vendors actively monitor the use of AI to prevent any potential abuse or misuse. This monitoring period spans up to 30 days, during which they maintain stringent controls around data access.
